Automatic assignment of application sets on plants
To simplify the commissioning of plants in Climatix IC, plants↑ , can be automatically assigned to an application set directly upon activation in a Tenant. To this end, the Cloud item↑ value 'Mapping ID for the name of the application set' (1) on the Tenant level must have the same value as the 'Application information’ on the Controller↑ side.
Application sets for their part can have different variants. As a consequence, it can also be determined in the Tenant which variant of an application set is assigned to the plant. The corresponding variant of the application set must be stored in the Tenant in the 'Mapping ID for the variant of the application set' box (2) (please refer to the following chapter 'Setting the application set variant').

- There is already an application set with identification features and version number that can be used on plants (see 'Plant application sets').
- There is still an unassigned plant.
- The user has Tenant Administrator rights.
- Go to "Administrators > Tenants > My Tenant> Mapping application information".
- Enter the ID for the plant to be assigned to the application set in the 'Mapping ID for name of the application set' field (1).
- Check the 'Mapping ID': "Operation > Plants > 'My plant' > Data points".
- Search by application set ID.
- The ID is correct if a data point is found using the ID of the application set:

- Of course, the ID is incorrect if no data point with the ID of the application set is found.
- In this case, search for the correct ID of the application set in the field 'Mapping ID for the name of the application set' (1).
- The newly activated plant in the Tenant is automatically assigned the application set if the issued Mapping ID is correct.

Automatic assignment possible only one time: The automatic assignment using "Mapping App information" only works one time when commissioning the controller↑.
Checking whether the registration of the controller in the Tenant is completed
You can only assign a plant to an application set after registering the plant controller in the Tenant. It takes several minutes to upload the mapping file the first time a controller is registered in the Cloud. Plants cannot be assigned during this time. As a consequence, check whether the controller is registered in the Cloud before assigning it:

- The user is a Tenant-Administrator.
- Go to "Administration > Plants > Not assigned" (1).
- Filter out the plant to check (2).
- Check whether the symbol '' displays in column 'Task status' (3).
- If symbol '' displays:
- Wait until the plant completes the task and symbol '' no longer displays.
- The 'Application set name' column displays the name of the application assigned to the plant (4).
- The desired application set was assigned to the plant.
Alternative:
- The user does not have Tenant Administrator rights.
- Wait in the controller after the first connection to Climatix IC until the mapping files are uploaded.
- They are automatically uploaded approximately five minutes after the initial Cloud configuration.
- The desired application set was assigned to the plant.
Use the standard mapping file
For Siemens standard applications, this is the prepared mapping file ‘Cloud_Plant.csv’. In the SCOPE Tool
- Import file ‘Cloud_Plant.csv’ using the 'Import from System' command.
- In the event that file ‘Cloud_Plant.csv’ is unavailable as part of the SCOPE tool installation:
- Search for the file under 'C:\Program Files (x86)\SBT\ClimatixSCOPE\VVS11\System\Mapping\' and load to the tool.

Use an individual mapping file
You can create your own mapping files for individual applications. Alternatively, you can adapt the Siemens standard mapping file ‘Cloud_Plant.csv’ to your requirements. In the SCOPE Tool
- Record Cloud items.
- Use the value 'Definable'.
- Use the value recorded in Climatix IC as the 'Mapping ID'.
