Delete alarm type

The alarm types↑ available in Climatix IC can be deleted. Alarms may be deleted, for example, if they are outdated and no longer provide data that can be correctly evaluated after the plants in the tenant have been reconfigured, or if they were incorrectly created.

  1. An alarm type is available for delete.
  1. Go to 'Alarm Dashboard > Configuration >Alarm types'.
  2. Select the alarm type to delete.
  3. Select 'Delete'.
  4. Confirmation is displayed.
  5. Select 'Delete'.
  1. The alarm type is deleted.

Note: A deleted alarm type cannot be restored. It must be redone.
