Permanently saving a filter

The totality of plants at the Tenant in alarm or active alarms occurring at the Tenant can be filtered and displayed to provide an easy-to-read overview. Filters can be saved to retain and save them for future use:

Click or to open 'Saved filters':

Proceed as follows to save and apply a user filter:

  1. Click
  2. The 'Saved filters' dialog opens.
  3. Click '+'
  4. Applied filters are reset.
  5. A new filter can be set up.
  6. Click
  7. The 'Save filters' dialog opens.
    • Enter 'Filter name' and 'Filter description (optional)':
  8. Click 'Save'.
  9. The filters are saved.
  10. Select a saved filter and click .
  11. A new 'Update filters' dialog opens.
    • Correct the 'Filter name' and 'Filter description (optional)'.
    • Click 'Refresh'.
  12. The saved filter is updated.
  13. Click .
  14. The currently applied filter is switched off.
  15. The icon changes to .
  16. Click .
  17. The filter is deleted from the list of saved filters.
