Permanently saving a filter
The totality of plants at the Tenant in alarm or active alarms occurring at the Tenant can be filtered and displayed to provide an easy-to-read overview. Filters can be saved to retain and save them for future use:
Click or to open 'Saved filters':
- : No filter is saved.
- : A saved filter is already used.
Proceed as follows to save and apply a user filter:
- Click
- The 'Saved filters' dialog opens.

- Click '+'
- Applied filters are reset.
- A new filter can be set up.
- Click
- The 'Save filters' dialog opens.
- Enter 'Filter name' and 'Filter description (optional)':

- Click 'Save'.
- The filters are saved.
- Select a saved filter and click .
- A new 'Update filters' dialog opens.

- Correct the 'Filter name' and 'Filter description (optional)'.
- Click 'Refresh'.
- The saved filter is updated.
- Click .
- The currently applied filter is switched off.
- The icon changes to .
- Click .
- The filter is deleted from the list of saved filters.
Filters can be set up and saved for the following functions. They apply only for this function:
- Plants
- Active alarms
