Reset password

The B2C login process permits a password reset, for example, in the event a password is forgotten.

  1. The user is registered in Climatix IC.
  2. The default log-in process is B2C.
  1. Go to https://www.climatixic.com/#/Login:
  3. Click "Login".
  4. A new mask opens:
  6. Click 'Forgot your password?'.
  7. A new mask opens:
  9. Enter the registered email address of the user and click 'Send verification code'.
  10. A new mask opens:
  12. A email with the code is sent to the user's email address.
  13. Enter the code from the user's email account and click 'Confirm code'.
  14. The email address is confirmed and a new mask opens:
  16. Enter the password in both ‘ New password' and 'Confirm New Password' and click 'Next'.
  17. A new mask opens:
  19. Click 'OK'.
  1. The new password is confirmed.
  2. The home page for login https://www.climatixic.com/#/Login opens.
  3. The new password is required to login.

The last five passwords are blocked when assigning a new password and cannot be reused.
