Subscription Manager - Post-Pay
The 'Subscription Manager↑' is an online platform that is independent of Climatix IC. The platform is used to open Tenants and order services for the Tenants. It is thus a key tool for Tenant control.
Open a Tenant in the Subscription Manager
NOTICE
The Subscription Manager replaces the 'Digital wallet↑'. The 'digital wallet' is being taken out of service in phases. Customers who use the 'digital wallet' will be switched to the new 'Post-Pay↑’ model in the course of 2026. Both systems operate in parallel until then.
Access to the Subscription Manager
You can access the Subscription Manager as follows:
Logging into the Subscription Manager is done via a Siemens ID. You can register a Siemens ID at the following web address::
- If not yet available, register a Siemens ID.
- Proceed as follows.
- A Siemens ID is registered.
- Go to https://subscribe.siemens.com.
- Login using the Siemens ID.
Opening a Tenant in the Subscription Manager
- After registering in the Subscription Manager, agree to the general terms and conditions.
- Opening of a Tenant in the Subscription Manager is tantamount to the entering into an agreement between the customer and Siemens.
- Accent the general Terms and Conditions for the Subscription Manager and proceed as follows:
