Alarm Dashboard functions
The Alarm Dashboard simplifies working with Alarms↑. It offers:
- A fast and comprehensive overview of current and old alarms in a Tenant.
- Clearly recognizable graphical representation of the priority of alarms via color codes and map integration.
- Fast access to alarm messages and impacted plants.
- Simple and fast handling of alarms.
- A comprehensive function for analyzing alarms.
- The option to comment on alarms.
- Ranking root causes and recommendations by users and Tenant-Administrators.
The Alarm Dashboard uses alarms that are triggered based on previously built rules. The rules are programmed in the Rule Editor. For additional information on the Rule Editor: See 'Additional information'.
- All alarm events, along with their alarm ID, are displayed in the Alarm Dashboard.
- If an alarm ID is linked to an alarm diagnosis rule via the Rule Editor, then this rule will display a root cause for the alarm and a recommendation for alarm resolution.
